We offer a highly specialized condensed ERP option for adults with severe OCD. Individuals in the Condensed ERP Program receive 1-on-1 therapy with a PhD-level clinician for 3-5 full days of treatment (often over 20 direct hours with the same clinician). Patients will work with their provider to make rapid, lasting changes to their OCD that will translate to their lives after the week of condensed treatment. Lodging is not provided and patients are expected to find housing independently.

This treatment option is for people who have moderate, severe, or extreme OCD and who are extremely motivated to fully engage in therapy. This treatment option is generally selected by individuals who have OCD that is interfering with their life but cannot take 6-8 weeks to engage in residential treatment. This treatment is appropriate for people whether they have participated in treatment for OCD previously or not, as long as they are willing to work with their therapist and engage fully in treatment.

Each Condensed ERP program is different, as it is tailored by the clinician to each individual patient. If you would like to see if this is an appropriate treatment option for you, please call our clinic to schedule an assessment for this treatment option.

Our Condensed OCD treatment programs are not appropriate for individuals who have active addictions, active eating disorders, and/or are actively suicidal. For these individuals, we recommend an inpatient setting.

“It really is ridiculous the improvements. I think we’re all in shock and pinching ourselves to see if the nightmare is really over.”

“The result is miraculous: My daughter went from being unable to attend school or even leave the house, to a normal lifestyle – FOUR DAYS LATER! She literally shows almost no symptoms, and this was a young woman who registered near the top of the YBOCS scale with a score of 37. Her self-assessed score upon completing the treatment was a 7 – her current score is around 3. She is back in school, self-sufficiently leaving every day and managing her own schedule, and we’re selecting the college she will attend. The change is amazing, and wonderful.”
