1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk

Thank you to everyone who joined the 1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk! Many cities from coast to coast participated in this walk, including Houston, Austin, Sacramento, and Boston! This walk raises awareness and funding to benefit the International OCD Foundation. This walk commemorates Denis Asselin’s journey from Cheyney, PA to Boston, MA. Denis walked over 500 miles, about one million steps, in memory of his son’s struggle with OCD and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). In Boston, Denis Asselin was greeted by the IOCDF at a rally to honor Denis and raise awareness for OCD and BDD. OCD is often a silent struggle, so we are excited that over 90 people from the local Houston area participated to support the Million Steps for OCD Walk to raise awareness, funds, and hope. The OCD and Anxiety Program of Houston is proud to support this event and raise awareness about OCD!
